MARKETING COORDINATOR

Working Hours 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8x5 day shift (United States). Education Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in communications, marketing/advertising, or journalism. Experience & Skills 2 to 5 years working in marketing, public relations, or a similar field. Excellent writing skills for both internal and external audiences. Project management experience with an ability to organize multiple projects at once. Strong people skills for interacting with community leaders and internal stakeholders. Understanding of graphic design and print processes. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy. Highly experienced with Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. High level of comfort with email software, CMS website tools, social media software, and other web-based technologies. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong drive for excellence, organization, accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications CRM experience. Healthcare experience. Job Duties Assist the Director, Brand Marketing in building and coordinating paid marketing campaigns, including traditional, digital, and social media. Project manage internal initiatives and campaigns as assigned. Support website and form updates, building and execution of email campaigns, and, as needed, write content for Methodist Health System’s internal and external campaigns and digital entities. Contribute to community relations initiatives at various hospital campuses, as needed. Assist in campaign tracking setup, list pulls, and reporting. Build and maintain key relationships within the hospitals and MHS to ensure current, in-depth knowledge of services and key events. Other duties as assigned.
