Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of software applications using Python, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality and performance.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure software reliability and efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application performance, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development processes.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities, contributing to the overall success of the project.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
- Experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
