Patient Ratios: 4:1 Overeflow units for ED Holds

Documentation system: Meditech

Scheduling requirements: 3-12hrs / 26 Week Assignments

BLS REQUIRED

ACLS REQUIRED

NIH REQUIRED

2+ Years of Hospital/Specialty Experience

Telemetry monitoring, experience with various drips

Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed (candidates with these skills will be considered first):

Meditech Experience

Preferred Specialty/Unit Certifications Required (RN) Active TX RN License ONLY - temp License will not be accepted

Procedures performed on unit: Typical per progressive care departments

Patient Experience Required: Telemetry Experience

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

Scrub Color RN: Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket

Nail Policy Clean and Healthy

Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed

Tattoos Body art should be covered whenever possible
