Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Consultant

About the Role This position is for an experienced Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Consultant to work with Accenture, vendors, and clients on billing workflows and system integration. Hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations include Nashville, Atlanta, Dallas, and Columbus. Responsibilities Document current state business workflows. Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows. Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Provide input into high level functional specifications. Collaborate with project managers, architects, business analysts, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application. Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases to ensure clear and complete understanding. Assist in converting requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing. Participate in quality management reviews of design and performance of work products to ensure they meet requirements. Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and assist with testing activities. Serve as an intermediary with client’s Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows, and technology capabilities and limitations. Assist in development and documentation of data requests and source–to–target mapping. Perform other duties as assigned, which may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support. Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Analyst role. Experience and certification in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate Degree, minimum 6 years of work experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience working for a consulting firm. Experience in at least one full implementation of Epic. Knowledge of Epic PB/PB Claims, HB/HB Claims, Charge Router, Real Time Eligibility, and revenue cycle backend applications. Salary Hourly salary range: $28.41 to $74.42 per hour, depending on location and experience.
