Safely transport oversize, overweight, and specialized freight within designated local and regional operating areas.

Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment remains safe and compliant.

Secure cargo using chains, binders, straps, tarps, and other approved load securement methods.

Follow permit requirements, approved routes, escort instructions, and all applicable transportation regulations.

Maintain accurate logs, inspection reports, and required transportation documentation.

Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, escorts, and operations personnel.

Support safe and efficient project execution while representing the company professionally.

Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for oversize heavy haul transportation.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in oversized heavy haul transportation.

Experience with permits, escorts, and oversize routing preferred

Strong safety record and commitment to compliance

Ability to handle irregular routes within the Midwest region

Ideal for experienced drivers seeking flexible, project-based oversize work

Hourly Rate: $30.84/hour (base rate)

Signing Bonus: $2,500

Flexible local heavy haul work supporting specialized customer projects

Training & Development: Work with state-of-the-art equipment and gain experience in specialized heavy haul operations

Local routes Primarily local routes with most work returning home same day

Primarily flatbed, RGN, or Step Deck, oversize, and specialized cargo projects

Operations focused across Indiana, Illinois and Michigan

Schedule based on project and operational needs; hours may vary week to week
