Line Cook (Cocinero de Lnea)
El Line Cook (Cocinero de Lnea) es responsable de preparar alimentos de alta calidad en una cocina de ritmo acelerado. Este rol garantiza consistencia, precisin y rapidez en la preparacin, mientras mantiene altos estndares de limpieza, organizacin y trabajo en equipo. El candidato ideal es confiable, detallista y comprometido con brindar una experiencia excepcional al husped.
Requirements
- Preparar, cocinar y emplatar los platillos segn los estndares y recetas de Buck '54.
- Mantener una estacin de trabajo limpia, organizada y sanitaria en todo momento.
- Seguir todas las normas de seguridad alimentaria, incluyendo almacenamiento, etiquetado y fechado adecuado.
- Montar y abastecer las estaciones con los suministros necesarios antes del servicio.
- Ayudar con el trabajo de preparacin, incluyendo cortar, porcionar y preparar lotes segn sea necesario.
- Comunicar de manera clara y efectiva con el equipo de cocina y el personal de frente de casa.
- Asegurar que los alimentos salgan de la cocina a tiempo y cumplan con los estndares de calidad y presentacin.
- Ayudar a recibir, rotar y almacenar inventario.
- Apoyar al equipo durante las horas de mayor actividad y ayudar donde sea necesario para mantener el flujo del servicio.
- Seguir los procedimientos de apertura, cierre y tareas asignadas por el Gerente de Cocina o Chef.
- Otras tareas segn se necesiten.
