Are you looking for consistent miles, newer equipment, and home time you can actually count on? 365 Freight USA is expanding its fleet operations from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, across the Eastern U.S. corridor east of I-35. We are hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals who want a reliable career, not just another driving job. With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support our drivers both on the road and at home.
We believe in full pay transparency and rewarding hard work.
- Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or $92,000 annually.
- Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover pay and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.
- Full benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
Route and equipment
- Predictable schedule: Regional lanes throughout the Eastern U.S., east of I-35.
- Home time: Home weekly with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Premium trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth models with a strict no-slip-seating policy.
- Driver comfort: All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
- Freight type: 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook operations.
- Company programs: Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.
Qualifications and requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Driving record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and an active U.S. Department of Transportation medical card.
- Experienced route: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Entry-level route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
