Contract HR Coordinator (Greater Phoenix)Ready to break into HR? We're looking for a detail-loving, people-friendly HR Coordinator to help create a great onboarding experience for new hires in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do:Send and track offer lettersCoordinate background checks and onboarding stepsCommunicate with candidates before their start dateManage onboarding paperwork and I-9sKeep candidate records organized and up to dateHelp improve processes and keep things running smoothlyWhat we're looking for:Organized and reliableTech-savvy (Excel skills a plus)Critical thinker and quick learnerHR experience not requiredThe details:Temporary assignment (approximately 12 weeks)Monday–Friday scheduleOne virtual interviewHybrid schedule available after trainingMust be able to complete required pre-employment screeningsPay details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hourEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply
