The successful applicant will be required to successfully obtain their FINRA Series 99 certification within 12 months of their start date.Job responsibilitiesProcess payments and review incoming cash wires for institutional and retail clientsApply and monitor payment controls, ensuring adherence to standardsInvestigate and resolve cash and control breaksLiaise with global partners and stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issuesPerform and help design key controls across the trade lifecycle processAnalyze and identify opportunities to increase STP (Straight Through Processing)Support the development and revision of company and department policies and proceduresEnsure timely completion of work itemsPrepare and analyze metricsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience using automation technologies to optimize systems and processesKnowledge of market products, operating procedures, and relevant industry regulationsProactive approach to problem solving and ownership of issuesStrong time management and ability to deliver under pressureFINRA licensing: SIE + Series 99 (or willingness to obtain)Data analysis skills and ability to communicate insights effectivelyAbility to create and deliver presentations to management and stakeholdersPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in financial services, especially Corporate BankingPayments understanding and backgroundExperience within Prime Brokerage, Securities Settlements, or Asset ServicingReconciliation experienceAnalytical skills JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
