Exemplary Customer Service: Acknowledge customers in line, smile, make eye contact, use the customer’s name, and maintain composure even in challenging situations. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed Monthly Sales Performance Standards, demonstrating consistent success in sales goals. Follow Approved Sales Processes: Use company-approved, service-based sales dialogues with integrity and professionalism to ensure customer trust and satisfaction. Accurate and Efficient Rental Processing: Qualify and process customer rentals precisely, paying close attention to detail and ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently. Comprehensive Customer Engagement: Review rental parameters with all customers, ensuring they fully understand rates, optional charges, and services. Provide clear answers, offer maps and directions, and promptly resolve customer service issues.
