Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position. Claimed residence must match the address on the driver’s license to receive the travel rate.

Required Credentials: Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations. Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; updated every 3 years in specialty, minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; updated every 3 years, minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%, 2 attempts allowed.

Unit Details: Cares for surgical, GI, and oncology patients.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required
