Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly preferred
• Strong communication, consultation, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Familiarity with data collection and progress monitoring tools
• Passion for supporting students with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for students as needed
• Develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to individual students
• Provide consultation and training to teachers, support staff, and parents on behavior strategies and implementation
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Document services and maintain compliant records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
