Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments via virtual platforms to identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling services tailored to individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that interventions align with best practices.
  • Work closely with healthcare providers across multiple disciplines to coordinate integrated care, effectively supporting clients’ overall wellness.
  • Advocate for clients’ rights and access to essential community resources, ensuring they receive the support necessary for recovery and growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education sessions to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population encompasses a diverse group of individuals across various age ranges and backgrounds, all seeking assistance with mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. The LICSW will need to engage empathetically with these clients, understanding the unique cultural and social contexts that inform their experiences. Your role will be essential in establishing rapport and trust, facilitating clients’ engagement in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
  • At least two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a health or mental health setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building connections with diverse populations.
  • Dedication to cultural competence, social justice, and maintaining ethical practices in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in hospice, palliative care, or working within a hospice center is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar methodologies.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and platforms used in telehealth settings.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Attractive compensation package ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year , commensurate with experience and caseload.
