Overview Traveling Associate Dentist to support the mission of providing high quality dental care to underserved families, with a focus on children and adults. The role involves traveling between offices within the geographic area and delivering comprehensive dental services while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance. Responsibilities Provide patient care for the community, including operative and hygiene appointments. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs. Carry out other duties as assigned. Qualifications DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program. Current valid license to practice dentistry in the state(s) where care is provided or eligible for licensure. CPR, DEA, and other required certifications (including Nitrous Oxide certification for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA). Compassion and strong desire to serve children and adults. Compensation & Benefits Earn an additional $400 each week for traveling to other offices with all expenses paid (hotel, mileage, meals). Guaranteed biweekly salary during ramp period or a percentage of collections. No lab fees. Full‑time providers eligible for Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, HSA/FSA.
