Description

As a Maintenance Technician , you assist the Building Services Coordinator with the general maintenance of the community including all common areas, resident rooms or apartments, grounds, and mechanical equipment and systems. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensureindustry-leading service delivery.

Requirements

Clearinghouse Screening: This position requires additional screening through FL Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse--link to site

Education : High School diploma or equivalent
Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia preferred; Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner; previous experience in a related trade preferred

License: Not applicable
Physical Demands : Walking, standing, talking, and hearing; ability to move freely throughout facility
