Looking for Career Growth? 60 Stores a year means 4-5 NEW Districts and 1 NEW Region a year. We are seeking friendly, high‑energy, customer‑oriented managers with a retail background to join our winning team. Job Summary Assistant Manager - As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for understanding all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, asset protection, and expense control, as well as ensuring everything is done with the client top of mind. Two years of previous management experience in a women's apparel specialty store is required. Skills Required Excellent ability to train and motivate staff Ability to handle multi-tasks Friendly and courteous with a positive attitude Strong interpersonal skills Ability to organize and prioritize work Must be punctual Must be organized Must have great attention to detail Must be a team-player We offer great compensation and benefits package, and room for professional growth and development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
