What You'll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Automation Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing automated production equipment
  • Maintaining PLC-controlled machinery and industrial control systems
  • Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
  • Working with sensors, servo motors, drives, and automation components
  • Supporting equipment reliability and preventative maintenance programs
  • Responding to equipment failures and minimizing production downtime
  • Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborating with production and maintenance teams to improve operational efficiency
  • Maintaining safe and effective operation of manufacturing equipment
What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • High School Diploma or GED with at least two years of related maintenance experience OR
  • Associate Degree in Industrial Electronics or a related technical field
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience working with PLCs, automation systems, and industrial controls
  • Knowledge of industrial power systems and electrical components
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment independently
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Manufacturing maintenance experience is highly preferred.
