HVAC Technician Opportunity

What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on motors, compressors, controls, belts, filters, and refrigeration systems.
- Inspect systems for safety, performance, and code compliance.
- Install new and replacement HVAC equipment and systems.
- Document work completed using service software and reports.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience (or equivalent training).
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Universal EPA Certification.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using tablets, apps, and service software.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, mechanical rooms, and confined spaces.
- Able to stand, kneel, climb, bend, and work with tools throughout the day.
