About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Advisor Services Group. This pivotal role is focused on leading the evolution of how the company serves advisors, with a strong emphasis on building a future-ready, digitally enabled, and relationship-oriented service model. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the service model from reactive to proactive, ensuring a differentiated advisor experience that is timely, expert, and high-quality across all service channels. Key responsibilities include leading a large, multi-site service organization, driving digital adoption, and process improvement, and shaping business strategy based on advisor feedback and operational insights. The role demands a leader with significant experience in financial services or a related, highly regulated, client-facing environment, and a proven track record of leading large, complex teams through change while maintaining strong client outcomes and business results. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a background that includes significant leadership experience in financial services, the advisor industry, or a similar client-facing, regulated environment. The role requires a leader with a strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence across various functions and business partners.
