Growth Architect & Brand Strategy Lead — LA

Absurd is hiring a Head of Growth to build and run the system that takes the company from launch through scale, working directly with the founders and product team in Los Angeles. You’ll own brand, product marketing, paid and organic acquisition, community, influencer marketing, and growth economics, connecting channels into a single, measurable flow from creation to signup and beyond.
