Qualifications for Our Maintenance Director: To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: High school degree or equivalent is required. Basic training/knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVACR systems is required. Prior supervisory experience is required. Working knowledge of state and federal Life Safety Code is required. At least 1-year experience working as a Maintenance Director in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferred.
