This role is responsible for driving business results through strong leadership talent development and a customer-first mindset. The General Manager oversees all aspects of café operations including staffing training scheduling inventory management food and beverage quality financial performance and adherence to Starbucks standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead inspire and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering the Starbucks Experience.
• Recruit onboard train and coach partners to achieve operational and guest service excellence.
• Foster a culture of inclusion respect accountability and continuous development.
• Ensure consistent execution of Starbucks beverage food safety and service standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional hospitality and meaningful service interactions.
• Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency quality and seamless execution during peak business periods.
• Manage labor inventory ordering waste and operating expenses to achieve financial goals.
• Analyze business trends sales performance and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety sanitation security and company policies.
• Create schedules that support business needs while promoting partner engagement and productivity.
• Lead by example on the floor maintaining a positive presence and supporting the team during high-volume periods.
