Temporary Registered Dental Hygienist

AH SMILES is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-TimeRegistered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team for a 3‑month commitment to cover a maternity leave! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentist to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. AH SMILES: 3440 Old Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004 Schedule: September 1st, 2026 – December 1st, 2026 Monday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Tuesday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Our dedicated team includes: One Office Manager One FT Lead Front Desk Coordinator Two FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call) Compensation: $53-$55 per hour (commensurate with experience) Plus uncapped hygiene incentive! Additional Information: Time allotted for procedures NP - 60 minutes SRP per quad - 60 minutes Prophy - 60 minutes Average # of patients per day - 7 Morning Huddle Insurances accepted - PPO accepted/Out of Network Requirements: Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Illinois Anesthetic Certification required Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations CPR Certification Computer efficiency - charting and scheduling Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients Delivery of an exceptional patient experience Integrity-focused work ethic Team-player attitude Ability to multi-task Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback Part-Time employees working 16+ hours per week are eligible for paid time off.
