Universal Windows Direct - Operations Manager

Salary Range $65,000 - $72,000

The Operations Manager is accountable for the daily execution of installation operations within an assigned market, from receipt of product through installation, payment follow-up, service coordination, and accurate closeout. This position directs installer readiness, supports scheduling, safeguards inventory, audits job costs and installer payroll, resolves customer escalations, and performs field quality inspections. The role requires active ownership of customer communication, production pace, cost discipline, and accurate Lead Perfection records

Responsibilities

· Hands on coordination of warehouse operations including loading and unloading materials

· Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

· Responsible for the review, maintenance, and auditing of installer (contractor) scheduling

· Responsible for daily installer payroll auditing and completion

· Manages all documentation into CRM including but not limited to customer payments (cash, cash receipts, and checks), and installer invoices

· Responsible for ensuring proper preparation of the warehouse each evening for next day installations

· Addresses scheduling and rescheduling concerns as they arise

· Responsible for auditing reports in CRM to ensure data integrity

· Responsible for installer accountability to their schedule as provided by UWD and arrive to the job site in a timely manner

· Responsible for providing high level Customer Experience through communication and timely follow up until customer's issue(s) is resolved

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Previous warehouse management experience.

· Previous inventory management experience.

· Familiar with CRM systems and practices.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

· Positive attitude, self-motivated, and desire to assist customers.

· Ability to work independently and as a team.

· Excellent time management skills.

· Ability to operate Microsoft Suite at an intermediate level

· Ability to sit at a desk and manage location(s) up to seven (7) hours per day
