Dispensing Systems Technician

Job Description
Install, upgrade, and maintain dispensing equipment at customer sites, Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled systems. Troubleshoot pumps, motors, pneumatic valves, flow meters, and level sensors. Assist with system commissioning, demonstrations, and quality control activities. Maintain accurate service records and follow QA/QC standards. Provide professional technical support to customers and internal teams. What We’re Looking For:
- 2-year technical degree or 4+ years of hands-on industrial/manufacturing experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Experience with PLC and HMI programming
- Knowledge of pumps, pneumatic systems, liquid metering, and industrial controls
- Ability to read and follow SOPs and technical documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Up to 60% travel; occasional weekend work as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- ACM is a non-smoker/non-vaper environment
