Cooperative Care is Looking for In-Home Caregivers as we continue to grow and expand. 

We have hours available in the following Counties; Adams, Marquette, Waushara, Green Lake, Western side of Fond Du Lac, Northern side of Columbia, Southern side of Waupaca, and we are Starting to Expand into Juneau County. 

Part Time or Full Time, and Weekend Hours Available

• $16.50 to $17.00 Per Hour Starting Wage
• Earn an Extra $2 Per Hour For Overnight and Weekend Hours
• Paid Travel Time (At Wage)
• Client Errand Mileage Reimbursement (.30 Per Mile)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for caring individuals to providing 24/7 care and support to individuals with their Activities of Daily Living such as:

• Personal Care (bathing, dressing, showering, toileting)
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Medication Reminders
• Run Errands/ Shopping
• Respite

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid WI Driver's License
• Automobile Liability Insurance
• Have or Obtain Auto Liability Insurance (100/300/100) Liability Amounts
• Have Reliable Transportation
• Able To Pass Criminal and Caregiver Background Check
• Maintain Professional Boundaries 
• Must Be Willing to Travel Up To 30 Miles from Home
• Must Be Able to Assist Clients with Personal Care. (Bathing, Dressing, Showering, Toileting)
• Ability to Show Kindness and Compassion to Those We Serve
• Ability to Treat Others and Their Property with Respect and Dignity
• Must Be 18 Years or Older, with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must Pass Pre-Employment Physical. Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs, twist, bend, squat, reach, push, pull from high/low position, raise arms above shoulder, walk, sit, and climb stairs; may be repetitive.
