Visual Inspector

This is a contract opportunity only. Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support inspection and handling of precision-fabricated thin film components. This role requires strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work with delicate ceramic or glass parts in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform visual inspection of fabricated parts using microscopes Inspect components for defects, contamination, or quality issues Handle fragile ceramic and glass devices using tweezers and precision tools Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures Record inspection results and report defects when identified Maintain clean and organized work area while following quality standards This position will be reporting to the Fab Supervisor based in Morgan Hill.
