Associate Executive Director of Facilities- West
The National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America
The Associate Executive Director of Facilities will oversee the general maintenance of the Twin Lakes Family YMCA, RCI Sky Trail opening and operations, and management of maintenance and custodial staff, to ensure good member experience and a pristine facility. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ Years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-3 years’ experience in maintenance, construction, emergency repairs and/or roofing, or equivalent combination of work experience and education preferred Working knowledge of new construction, remodel projects, roofing systems/repairs, and other related upkeep Experience working on electrical, plumbing, and carpentry projects Supervisory experience preferred CPO Certification preferred Must pass reference checks, pre-employment drug screen, background check and sex offender registry check #J-18808-Ljbffr The National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America
