Our Director of Events is looking for part-time, reduced full-time, and full-time F&B Team Members to join the Charlotte City Club team in Uptown Charlotte who are passionate about food and beverage, customer service, hospitality, and looking for a place to learn more about fine dining. If you are hardworking, have a positive attitude, and love people we have a place for you on our team... no experience required!
Compensation: $11 / hr base pay to start with increase after completion of different levels of training
All A La Carte Service receives an automatic 20% service charge for all sales which is distributed to staff.
Benefits for Part and Full Time Team Members: complimentary daily employee meal, free telemedicine with $0 copay for all team members and dependents, free parking, 401(k) after 1 year of employment
Benefits for Full Time Team Members: paid holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401(k), paid holidays and time off
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a houseman, host/hostess, food runner, bar back, bartender, and / or server preferred, but absolutely not required - we will train the right person!
Open availability preferred to work our current days / hours of operation
Energetic, hardworking, positive attitude, desire to learn required
