Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN (Private Duty Caregiver) Part‑time hours available. 12‑hour day shifts on Sundays and Mondays. Pay rate: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour. Ideal candidates have 2 years of in‑home health care experience, every‑other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday), willingness to travel up to 60 miles, and ability to work in multiple homes if applicable. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, one‑on‑one patient care in the patient’s home. Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Promote personal safety and create a safe environment for clients. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams. Qualifications Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state(s) of practice. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 60 miles. Current hands‑on BLS certification and TB test. Valid CPR certification. Minimum 2 years of in‑home health care experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
