Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for Med Surg unit to lead nursing operations, oversee staff performance, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership/management experience
- Recent Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) nursing experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage clinical operations and multidisciplinary teams -ST
