Salary: $110,240 – $126,776 per year

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for Med Surg unit to lead nursing operations, oversee staff performance, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership/management experience
Recent Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) nursing experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage clinical operations and multidisciplinary teams
