Hybrid | 13-Week Contract | Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
Contract Dates: August 10 - November 7, 2026

What You'll Do

As a Senior HR Workforce Analytics Analyst, you'll partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful workforce insights that influence strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex workforce analytics projects using advanced analytical techniques.

• Analyze workforce trends, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.

• Design and maintain executive-level dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

• Translate complex workforce data into compelling presentations and business narratives.

• Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to address workforce planning and organizational challenges.

• Ensure data integrity through quality assurance and validation processes.

• Recommend improvements to reporting tools and data systems.

• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on analytics best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in:

  • Data Analytics

  • Data Science

  • Statistics

  • Mathematics

  • Economics

  • Business Analytics

  • Or a related quantitative field

• 5+ years of current experience in:

  • Workforce Analytics

  • People Analytics

  • HR Analytics

  • Business/Data Analytics

· Advanced Microsoft Excel

· Power BI and/or Tableau

· HR & Workforce Metrics

· Workforce Forecasting

· Root Cause Analysis

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in Management Consulting

· Oracle Fusion

· Oracle OTBI

· Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)
