Compensation Package
- Base Salary : $60,000 - $150,000
- Commission : competitive splits
- Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance
- Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and track sales activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with the best solutions.
- Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry preferred.
- Skills : Strong sales acumen, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.
- Software Proficiency : Experience with EPIC software is a plus.
- Attributes : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
