You will guide new department heads through QA orientation, ensure alignment with federal, state, and county standards, and drive the SBHG Total Quality Management (TQM) system—including continuous quality improvement, data utilization, staff training, and Joint Commission compliance.What You Bring To SBHG (Qualifications):Education & Licensure:Bachelor's degree in human services, Mental Health, or Nursing discipline plus 6 years of experience in a mental health setting; ORAdvanced Degree (Master's or Doctorate) in Human Services, Mental Health, or Nursing; ORProfessional Licensure (including LVN, RN, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist) or Certification (Healthcare Compliance/Privacy, Health Information/Medical Records) plus 2 years of experience in Human Services, Mental Health, or Nursing which includes supervision, training, and/or consultation. (Note: Four additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)Core Experience: Background must include quality assurance support or oversight, program management, supervision, training, and/or consultation.
