ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm Agency Field Specialist, State Farm Team Member, and in banking. Those experiences helped shape my passion for helping people, developing others, and building strong customer relationships.

I am a graduate of Florida State University and the United States Merchant Marine Academy. My wife and I have been married for more than 20 years, and we have three children. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, hiking, traveling, coaching youth sports, and staying involved in the community. I also serve as a pastor at Glory Community Church and support several local organizations and outreach initiatives.

Our agency is built on teamwork, accountability, and personal growth. We provide ongoing training, coaching, professional development opportunities, and participation in the Agent Aspirant Program for team members interested in agency ownership. I'm looking for someone who is hungry, humble, driven, and eager to grow. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Trevor Butcher - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
