LPN/LVN Long Term Care/SNF

Active Maine Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in LTC, ICF, or developmental disability settings

Current BLS certification

Flu vaccination is REQUIRED

Experience with G-Tube care and feeding is REQUIRED

Experience caring for patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred

Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
