More Than Parking Cars

Many people assume valet is simply parking and retrieving vehicles.

At Luxe Parking Management, parking cars is only one part of the job.

Our team members serve as the first and last impression for residents, guests, and visitors. They provide hospitality, customer service, problem-solving, communication, and operational support throughout the day.

Position Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to residents, guests, and visitors

Safely park and retrieve vehicles

Create positive first impressions through professionalism and hospitality

Assist residents and guests with courtesy, urgency, and attention to detail

Communicate effectively with residents, guests, management, and teammates

Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional operation

Represent Luxe Parking Management with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills

Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and grooming

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old

Valid Florida Drivers License

Clean driving record with no major violations

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Must pass a criminal background check
