Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position located in Duluth, Minnesota. This role involves providing specialized surgical nursing care in a hospital environment, with a focus on general surgery cases. The assignment starts on 07/13/2026 and is intended to last 13 weeks, offering a dynamic and fast-paced clinical setting.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Associate Degree or Certificate; Minnesota RN licensure; at least 2 years of OR experience, including one travel assignment; active American Heart Association (AHA) or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; experience in general surgery and circulating procedures
• Preferred Qualifications: Epic charting experience, adaptability, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Schedule: 8-hour days, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 07/13/2026
• Additional Information: The position requires candidates to reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility. The contract includes up to 36 hours of low census time over the assignment that is non-billable. The role may involve being on call, with a minimum of 2 hours for callback, and weekend coverage requirements are two out of every four weekends. Candidates should be hardworking, resilient, and able to manage change effectively. Scrub colors will be provided by the facility.
