In this position, you will focus on the individualized healthcare needs of one student who requires specialized respiratory interventions, including ongoing assessment, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen saturation management to maintain levels above 92%. Your expertise will be vital in delivering suctioning procedures beyond basic oral care and addressing the student's inability to independently clear secretions. This critical, hands-on support ensures safe access to education and daily school life.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Current, active LPN licensure in Georgia
• School-based healthcare experience or similar pediatric clinical experience
• Proven ability in managing complex respiratory treatments and interventions
• Strong assessment, clinical documentation, and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach and collaborative attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized 1:1 nursing care to a student throughout the school day
• Conduct continuous health assessments and implement necessary interventions
• Perform chest physiotherapy and ensure proper respiratory equipment function
• Monitor and document oxygen saturation, intervening as necessary
• Provide safe airway management, including suctioning as required
• Communicate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to coordinate care
