Responsibilities of a Restorative CNA Assisting with exercises and activities to improve mobility and range of motion. Helps patients regain and maintain their functional abilities after illness, injury, or surgery. Recording vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff. Checking patient vital signs each day and keeping precise records in the patient's chart. Qualifications for a CNA Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required. Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice required.
