Global HRIS Director

Ready to lead a massive global transformation? We’re looking for a Global HRIS Director to own our client's SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central rollout from blueprint to go-live. You’ll manage elite implementation partners, orchestrate global workstreams, and shape our future HR tech roadmap. Salary: $80 - $90 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM Education: Bachelors Responsibilities This role will have primary accountability for Employee Central and its connection to the broader SuccessFactors landscape, including talent, compensation and benefits, learning, and recruiting. The Director will manage multiple project workstreams, coordinate global stakeholders and implementation partners, and help ensure the program is delivered according to agreed scope, schedule, quality standards, and business requirements. The role will manage activities across the deployment lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, cutover, go-live, stabilization, and transition to steady-state support, with a focus on governance, risk management, deployment readiness, and user adoption. We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Global HRIS Director to manage our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Core HR program. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain program governance, manage risks and dependencies, and help ensure the organization is prepared for a successful global deployment. Qualifications 7 years of enterprise HRIS program management experience. Deep SuccessFactors expertise, especially Employee Central. Director level experience. Strong program management capabilities.
