Forensic Case Manager: Housing & Wellness Advocate
The Bridge
A community support organization is seeking a Forensic Case Manager to provide essential supportive services to formerly homeless adults diagnosed with serious mental illness. In this role, you will work directly in clients' homes to assist with case management, motivate individuals to maintain housing, and ensure compliance with agency policies. The ideal candidate needs a Bachelor's Degree and experience in mental health services, demonstrating excellent communication and crisis intervention skills.
