Hire up staffing is seeking a Civil Engineer

We provide professional services to a wide variety of public and private clients throughout California, with most of our projects located in the Central Valley. We are seeking a motivated individual wanting a long-term career in Civil Engineering to work in our Central Valley office.


Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 3+ years of experience in land development with experience in design of utility infrastructure, grading and drainage, entitlements, and project management.
• Working knowledge / Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Problem solver, critical thinker, independent worker, takes initiative to complete tasks on own, and desire to grow professionally and take on leadership roles.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently execute land development civil engineering projects
• Effectively manage project teams and subconsultants
• Perform quality control
• Manage schedules and budgets
• Work with local agency staff for project approvals
