• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Certifications/Licenses Preferred Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to troubleshoot Audio/Visual equipment in a classroom environment.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software (Windows OS & Apple iOS Desktops/Laptops), and computer networking fundamentals.
• Ability to follow instructions as well as work independently.
• Ability to provide support in an extremely dynamic environment.

Equipment Utilized Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to climb and work on a ladder if requested and the ability to lift and support up to 50lbs.

Special Conditions

• Available to work evenings Monday through Thursday.
• Must have access to reliable transportation as needed for on-campus support.
