Member Care Call Center Specialist I

San Diego County Credit Union

A regional financial institution in San Diego is seeking a Call Center Specialist I to provide excellent service by assisting members with inquiries and transactions via phone. Responsibilities include answering calls professionally, cross-selling products, and maintaining service quality. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 6 months of customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
