Regional Community Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Community Manager to lead the overall performance and success of a portfolio of multifamily communities. This key leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team development across assigned properties.
The Regional Community Manager will:
- Lead and support Property Managers and onsite teams in achieving occupancy, revenue, expense, and customer service goals.
- Oversee property operations, conduct regular site visits, and ensure communities meet company standards.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, collections, occupancy, renewals, and operating expenses while identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor onsite teams while building a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Partner with ownership, asset management, and corporate leadership to develop and execute property strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord/tenant regulations, company policies, and safety requirements.
- Support marketing, leasing, retention, renovations, capital improvements, and other strategic initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience, including 2+ years in a multi-site or regional leadership role.
- Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and property management best practices.
- Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or RealPage and Microsoft Office.
