BCBA - In-Home and Community-Based ABA Therapy Specialist
Job Summary:
New Patterns ABA - CT, a leading provider of compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy, is seeking a skilled and dedicated BCBA to join our team in Westchester County, NY. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in helping us discover each individual's potential and support their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities
Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services, utilizing evidence-based strategies and techniques
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and successful treatment outcomes
Conduct assessments, data collection, and analysis to measure progress and identify areas of improvement
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members to promote a culture of respect, empathy, and trust
Stay current with research and best practices in ABA therapy, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
