TeleOperations Operator – Autonomous Vehicles

Location: Las Vegas, NV (On-site)
Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
Contract Length: On Going Contract (No End Date)
Shifts Available: Multiple days/shifts available - set Training schedule

About the Role

JHCareers is supporting the recruiting efforts for a cutting-edge autonomous ride-hailing company to hire TeleOperations Operators who will support the real-time operation of a growing fleet of self-driving vehicles.

As the “human-in-the-loop,” you’ll monitor AV performance, provide remote assistance when needed, and help troubleshoot and improve the systems that keep autonomous vehicles operating safely. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of transportation technology and contribute to the future of mobility.

What You’ll Do

Monitor autonomous vehicles in real time to ensure safe operation
Provide remote guidance or vehicle control during complex or unexpected situations
Support testing, data collection, and performance reporting
Collaborate with Software, QA, and UX teams to enhance TeleOps tools and interface
Follow strict safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
Work flexible shifts as part of a mission-critical operations team

Ideal Candidate

2–3 years in operations, data collection or another fast-paced environment
Gaming experience a plus (strong situational awareness and controller skills )
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
Clean driving record and background (Traffic awareness is key)
Experience in the autonomous vehicle industry (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Analytics, or related fields (preferred but not necessary)
Strong troubleshooting computer skills; proficient with Windows 10
Basic knowledge of Linux , QA/software testing , and data analysis
