Details Home Health setting supporting Providence Oregon locations Day shift, Monday through Friday, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Three weeks of HCHB PointCare education prior to go-live (Tuesday-Thursday in-person, Monday and Friday virtual) Three weeks of on-site implementation support during go-live Serve as a preceptor providing real-time guidance to travelers and staff Minimal bedside care expected, aside from potential ride-along support during implementation Requirements Active RN license (Oregon license pending is acceptable) At least one year of Home Health experience required HCHB PointCare/mobile app experience preferred but not required for RNs Tech-savvy with strong reliability and interpersonal skills Additional Information Opportunity to gain experience with HCHB, precepting, EMR implementation, and AI-supported tools No RTO accepted for this short contract First-time travelers may be considered depending on experience level These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
