Responsibilities of the Cook:

In this role, you'll make a significant impact by:

• Assisting with food preparation following established guidelines and under the direction of the Food Services Manager
• Creating nutritious dishes based on dietary guidelines for each meal
• Skillfully operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, slicers, ovens, and more
• Understanding menu substitutions and accurately recording them
• Providing a warm and friendly demeanor to patients, family, and visitors
• Adhering to safety protocols and corporate compliance standards
